We only accept orders through the cart. It's the best way for us to deal with everything. We don't accept orders through the contact form but feel free to ask us anything.
When you order you can also add a note about it, we always give a look at it.
If you choose PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD all is automated during the check out.
If you choose the BANK TRANSFER or RICARICA POSTEPAY payment methods, you will be able to see our ID data to process the payment (manually on YOUR online banking, outside the Hollow Press website) in the order confirmation page, if you miss it for any reason please contact us, and since this is not an automated process if you don't notice us confirming the payment we will not process your order.
*Please confirm the order number in the “cause” of payment. (bank transfer only)

*** RICARICA POSTEPAY is exclusive for Italian customers
We only accept payments in Euros.
Please don't ask us about discounts. We already try to sell everything for a reasonable price that allows us to pay the artists fairly.
We ship your ordered items within 3-5 business days, anyway if in a specific period the estimated time to process orders doesn't match our standards, usually we have details specified in the red banner above our home page.
As soon as we process your order you will get a shipping notification from us.
During the check-out you can choose between two different options:
1. ORDINARY shipping
(ordinary shipping is NOT registered, don't ask us for a tracking code, we don't have it)
2. COURIER shipping: GLS (Italy) and FEDEX (worldwide):
(courier shipping is registered, you can track your order through the courier email confirmation you will get within 24h from our shipping notification, directly in the courier web page.
All the packages shipped show up like a hard-bag or box closed with the Hollow Press tape
? how to make problems solvable ?
* if you notice any sign of manumission on the package you HAVE to accept it with "reserve" or let the post-man to bring back it signing what happened on the package.
** courier packages with expansive ordered items usually are shipped with the insurance option, anything strange? Let's sign it to the post-man.
Since we sell our goods worldwide, for you would be very tricky and expensive to return an item, so please if you're buying anything from us, you must be sure you want it, please read carefully the item description before purchase.
Since PayPal and Stripe changed their policy, if you cancel an order for a legit motivation we could absolutely send a refund, but they will keep the transaction fees of about 5%. Then, be sure when you order anything from us, otherwise you would waste 5% of your money in the refund process.
We are not responsible for any delay or lost for "ORDINARY" shippings (not registered), so take it out on your postal system. Please for a fast, safe, insured and registered shipping always select and pay for the "courier shipping method", we actually work with the following international couriers: FEDEX, GLS.
*Anyway for any problem don't hesitate to contact us, we love and always help POLITE customers contacting us kindly. And thanks to our experience we are always able to find a solution for any problem, just be patient and don't worry.

PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS AND RESERVATIONS:
We accept payments in installments only for very large orders of original artworks and other very expensive items, but we ship once full payment has been completed. We only accept reservations for very expansive items in presence of an agreed deposit.
However, for these unusual transactions please contact us through the “contact us” form.
